• Blu Mint Digital retains the right to showcase completed projects in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.

7. Intellectual Property

• You confirm that any materials, logos, or content you provide for your project are your property or you have permission to use them.

• Blu Mint Digital is not responsible for any copyright or trademark infringements resulting from your use of project deliverables.

8. Printing Coordination Services

• We work with third-party printing partners to deliver high-quality products. While we coordinate the process, Blu Mint Digital is not responsible for delays, defects, or errors caused by third parties.

• Any issues with printing must be raised directly with the printer unless otherwise agreed.

9. Limitation of Liability

• Blu Mint Digital will not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services

• Errors or omissions in materials provided by the client

• Third-party service failures, including printing or hosting providers

• Our total liability will not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.

10. Termination

• Either party may terminate the agreement at any time by providing written notice.

• If you terminate the project, you agree to pay for work completed up to the termination date, including any applicable cancellation fees.

11. Confidentiality

• Both parties agree to keep any proprietary or sensitive information confidential and not disclose it to unauthorised parties.

• This obligation does not apply to information that is publicly available or required to be disclosed by law.

12. Amendments to Terms
