Privacy Policy

Site Audit & Snagging Report ("we", "our", or "the app") is developed by Blu Mint Digital. This privacy policy explains how we handle your information when you use our mobile application.

Information We Collect

We do not collect any data. Everything you enter stays on your device. There is no account to create, no server to sign in to, and nothing is uploaded to us.

Data You Provide, Stored On Your Device

• Project Information: Project names, addresses, client details, and notes you enter
• Issue Data: Issue titles, descriptions, categories, priorities, due dates, assigned contractors, resolution notes, and status updates
• Photos: Images you capture or import to document site issues, along with any captions and annotations you add
• Report Details: Company name, logo, ABN, and inspector contact details you add to your reports

Data Collected Automatically

None. The app contains no analytics, no advertising, no crash reporting and no tracking of any kind.

Data Storage

All your data is stored locally on your device, in the app's private storage. We do not upload, transmit, or store your project data, photos, or reports on any external server. Your information remains entirely under your control.

Backup Files You Create

The app can export your projects, issues and photos to a single backup .zip file. You choose where that file is saved using your device's own file picker — for example internal storage, an SD card, Google Drive or Dropbox.

Once a backup leaves the app it is under your control and subject to the privacy policy of wherever you chose to store it. We never see it, and it is never sent to us.

Purchases

The app offers an optional one-time in-app purchase to unlock Pro features. Purchases are processed entirely by Google Play Billing.

• We never see, receive, or store your payment details. Payment information is handled by Google and never passes through the app.
• The app asks Google Play only whether this Google account owns the Pro unlock, and stores that yes/no answer on your device so the app keeps working offline.
• Refunds and payment queries are handled by Google Play. See Google's Privacy Policy.

Permissions

The app requests only two permissions, and both are optional in normal use:

• Camera: To photograph site issues. You can import photos from your gallery instead.
• Microphone: For optional speech-to-text dictation when writing issue descriptions. Speech is processed by your device's own recognition service.

The app requests no location permission and no storage or photo-library permission. Photos are chosen through the Android Photo Picker, which does not require granting the app access to your library, and all files are written to the app's own private storage.

Network access is used only for Google Play Billing. The app is fully functional offline.

Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or share your data with anyone. Reports and exports leave the app only when you explicitly choose to share or save them.

Data Retention

Your data remains on your device until you choose to delete it. Uninstalling the app removes all locally stored data including projects, issues, photos and reports. Backup files you have saved elsewhere are not affected by uninstalling, and must be deleted by you.

Children's Privacy

This app is a professional tool and is not intended for use by children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Security

Because all data is stored locally, the security of your data depends on your device's own protections. We recommend enabling device encryption and a screen lock.

Your Rights

You have full control over your data:

• You can view all data stored in the app at any time
• You can delete individual projects, issues, or photos
• You can export your data as PDF reports, CSV files, or a full backup
• You can uninstall the app to remove all of it

Because we never receive your data, there is nothing for us to access, correct, or delete on your behalf.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date.
