Dental website design for a clearer path to booking
Dental practice websites with clear treatment information, mobile booking journeys and a considered content review process. Built by Blu Mint Digital in Melbourne.
A clear scope, agreed inclusions and a written proposal before work starts.
What does a dental practice website need?
People need to understand the practice, find accurate treatment information and reach the right booking channel. We organise those journeys around your real locations, services and team.
| Area | What we scope | What the practice supplies or approves |
|---|---|---|
| Treatment content | A useful page structure, readable layouts and clear next steps | Treatment information, limitations and clinical review |
| Booking journey | A provider link, supported embed or separately scoped integration | Booking provider, access arrangements and confirmation workflow |
| Trust and location | Team, new-patient and location pages with practical information | Credentials, photography permissions, hours and fee information |
| Rebuild and launch | URL mapping, redirects, mobile checks, metadata and sitemap | Existing site access, priority pages and launch approval |
Can we use your current booking system?
We check the provider first. A supported booking link or embed may be enough; a custom API connection needs its own feasibility check and scope. We test the mobile hand-off, fallback contact route and confirmation message.
A booking request must not be presented as a confirmed appointment unless the booking system confirms it. Clinical intake belongs in the practice's appropriate systems.
Build content review into the project
The practice approves clinical content and advertising claims before publication. We plan that review into delivery and do not automatically import patient-review widgets.
Ahpra's advertising guidance prohibits testimonials about clinical aspects of regulated health services in advertising. Content and imagery need appropriate review.

Relevant clinic experience
Paradise Skin Clinic
Our portfolio includes an English and Arabic website for this Craigieburn skin and laser clinic, with custom client intake forms and backend submission storage.
This is adjacent clinic experience, not a dental case study or a claim of patient growth. Your treatment content, booking provider and data requirements need their own scope.
Inspect the clinic website (opens in a new tab)How do we agree on cost and timing?
We review the treatment-page count, locations, content readiness, booking provider and migration work before quoting. The proposal separates build work from copy, photography, provider fees and ongoing maintenance. Confirm inclusions, ownership and approval milestones before starting.
Send your website address, booking provider and priorities through the agency enquiry form. Please do not include patient information or passwords.
Questions before you start
What should a dental website include?
Start with accurate practice details, team credentials, treatment pages, new-patient information and a clear booking or telephone path. Have the practice review clinical content and advertising claims before publication.
Can you connect our existing booking provider?
We first check whether your provider supports a booking link, embed or documented integration. A website booking request is not a confirmed appointment unless the booking system confirms it. Custom integrations require separate scoping.
How much does a dental website cost?
We quote after reviewing the treatment pages, locations, content, booking system and migration requirements. Ask for separate build, content, integration and ongoing support costs rather than comparing headline prices alone.
Can patient reviews be used on the website?
Do not automatically copy patient reviews into advertising. Ahpra prohibits testimonials about clinical aspects of regulated health services in advertising. Have the practice review proposed material against current guidance before publication.
Turn the requirements into a clear proposal
Send your current website, priorities and preferred timing. We will review the requirements, clarify any integration work and agree on scope and costs.
